Its a very affordable place to live, no issues with neighbors and incredibly convenient location wise. The neighborhoods great, never feels unsafe to walk. You do live near the train tracks so there is slight noise but you end up not even noticing it anymore. Any issues ive had are about the same you'd run into with any apt complex. Emergency maintenance has also been fast when needed. I.E. for air conditioners breaking during summer,etc.

Everyone keeps to themselves, and it's very quiet here besides the train. the only problem I've ever had living here is getting someone to answer the phone in the office, and I've lived here for over a year now. Maintenance has been great they are just a little slow getting here to the property, but when they are working on my work order, they do a great job.

|Recommended: YesI like this apartment complex, and the neighbors are great. I've lived here since 2019, and it's quiet here. There are lots of kids for my kids to play with, and the commute to my job is great, too. The parking lot could be redone and upkept better.
