|Recommended: YesLiving at Catalpa East is easy going. My neighbors are respectful and kind, even though it didn't necessaily start out that way. Management helped out with a small parking feud that happened early on into me living here. They spoke transparently about what they could do to help and what was outside of their control. Make sure that any maintenance concerns you have are thoroughly communicated and stay on top of it and you'll be happy living here
|Recommended: YesLiving here has been a very nice experience, it is a well maintained property and anything that needs addressed does get looked at in a timely manner. Anything that doesn't is usually a major issue outside the scope of someone on site. Still is fixed in a timely manner.
The property is quiet and there are not any loud disruptions, the most you'll get is lawn mowing. Manager is a great guy and so are the maintenance crew. Been here for 4 years and not had any major problems regarding quality of life.

and have no problems at all. Management and maintenance have been very helpful if needed. Neighbors are really quiet, which is good.

|Recommended: YesCatalpa has been really good to me over the years. Anytime I need something fixed or done, they're quick on the job to get it done for me. Between Lombard and Catalpa East i've lived here for 8 years now and it's been great.

|Recommended: YesI have lived at the Catalpa East Apartments for five years. I would like to say that the apartments are not the worst. They have gone through a lot of managment here and because of that things took longer to get taken care of that went wrong. I will say that Levi has been in the process of cleaning things up as far as organization on the property. Training for maintance could be better. I have had a few times where I didn't really trust what they were doing or telling me was wrong with the problem. it has been bad in the past but is getting better overall.

|Recommended: YesI've lived here since 2014, and Maintenance is usually good except for when my work orders get canceled with no reason. This is a very quiet area and the grounds are in good shape. Lastly, the Parking lot has lots of potholes and needs some work.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live, cheap rent prices, pool, etc. There are a few issues I have encountered while living here. The parking lot has lots of potholes, and the parking lines are quite faded. The appliances are a pretty outdated. The AC isnt the best in the summertime, it doesn't seem to cool down my apartment fully on the really hot days. But for the price, its overall a nice place to live, quiet neighbors and good management. I have lived here for over 5 years and I would recommend living here to anyone looking for an affordable apartment.

|Recommended: YesI love how quiet and safe it is here, and Maintenance hasn't been the best. I would like to be more informed when there's new staff here. I've lived here for 6 years now and I love it here. The pool is nice now that it's done with construction, and lastly, the parking lot at Catalpa needs fixing, with lots of holes.

|Recommended: YesOverall, Catalpa is a good place to live, but it could use better maintenance. It's very quiet here and the grounds are well-maintained but the parking lot lines need redone.
